Asif Noor through the entity Salman Property, LLC paid $4.3 million to Leonid Kershteyn through the entity Dimelen, Inc for two-unit mixed-use building (S2) at 7309 5th Avenue in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, two-unit mixed-use building (S2) at 7307 5th Avenue in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, and two-unit mixed-use building (S2) at 7305 5th Avenue in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on July 26, 2021 and was recorded on August 10, 2021.
The three properties have 11,400 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 10,352 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $381 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)

Within a 400-foot radius of 7309 5th Avenue, PincusCo identified one commercial real estate item of interests occurred over the past 24 months.
It was a loan which Ghassan Alrassi borrowed $5.3 million from New York Community Bank secured by the 7,140-square-foot, nine-unit mixed-use building (S9) on 7133 5th Avenue and three other properties on May 28, 2020.
