Artimus through the entity 112 Equities LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Metlife Real Estate Lending valued at $19.5 million for bulk condos including the 48-unit bulk condos (BS) at 272 Manhattan Avenue in Central Harlem, Manhattan.
The deal closed on May 3, 2021 and was recorded on June 2, 2021.
The two properties have 41,066 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 0 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $474 per the PincusCo analysis.
The signatory for Artimus was Yoav Haron.
