Artimus refis $21M condo loan with First Republic Bank for units in Central Harlem

Artimus through the entity Crescent 110 Equities LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender First Republic Bank valued at $21 million for 17 parcels, including the tax class residential condo in Acris (SC) and containing 17 residential units at 2040 Frederick Douglass Boulevard in Central Harlem. The deal closed on October 28, 2020 and was recorded on November 19, 2020.

The average loan per unit is $1,235,294.
This is a condo inventory loan, and the debt was reduced from $40 million in June of 2019.
