Artimus NYC pays $13M to the Episcopal Church for development site in Inwood

Artimus NYC through the entity Inwood HT Equities LLC paid Diocesan Missionary and Church Extension Society of the Protestant Episcopal Church $12.5 million for a development parcel at the intersection of Seaman Avenue and Cumming Street in Inwood. The deal closed on February 4, 2020, and was recorded on February 12, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel.

Artimus plans a residential building with approximately 173,000 square feet, including community space, city records show. The Episcopal Church hired Denham Wolf Real Estate Services as their broker. Artimus was given a purchase money loan of $3.5 million from the church.
