Arthur Reichstetter pays $19.8M to Paul Ullman for West Village townhouse

Lindy Shuttleworth and Arthur C. Reichstetter paid $19.8 million to Paul Ullman and Donna Ullman Zaccaro for the townhouse at 159 West 12th Street in West Village, Manhattan.
The deal closed on May 21, 2021 and was recorded on June 9, 2021.
