Taconic Investment Partners on March 9, filed a permit application for construction of a 321-unit, 294,761-square-foot mixed-use building at 312 West 43rd Street in Midtown West.
The plans call for the construction of a 401-foot tall, 32-story, building. The plans indicate it will be primarily residential, with retail space on floors 1 and 2.
The project is described in the filings as: filing herewith new building as per plans.
The project has been in the works since April of 2018, when Taconic Investment Partners teamed up with National Real Estate Advisors to complete a 99-year lease for the block-through parcel, using the address 310 West 43rd Street.
