Arben Mitaj through the entity 3001 A LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Societe Generale through the entity Societe Generale Financial Corporation valued at $14.7 million for the 44-unit residential elevator building (D3) at 3001-3003 Grand Concourse in Bedford Park, Bronx.
The deal closed on January 23, 2025 and was recorded on February 7, 2025. The prior lender was Ponce Bank which held debt that had an original loan amount of $8.6 million.The property has 29,798 square feet of built space according to a PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $493 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
