AR Group through the entity Arg NYC196Orchard, LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Nationwide Life Insurance Company valued at $51.0 million for 3 parcels, including the tax class commercial condo recorded in Acris (CC) at 196 Orchard Street in Lower East Side. The deal closed on July 07, 2019 and was recorded on July 29, 2019.
