AR Global through the entity Arg Nyc196Orchard, LLC paid Magnum Real Estate Group’s Mb-Reec Houston Property Owner LLC $88.8 million for 3 parcels, including the tax class commercial condo recorded in Acris (CC) at 187 East Houston Street, 195 East Houston Street, 196 Orchard Street in Lower East Side. The deal closed on July 17, 2019 and was recorded on July 29, 2019.
