Apostolos Anagnostopoulos through the entity NA Broadway Realty LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Signature Bank valued at $11 million for the 71-unit rental (D1) at 80-20 Broadway in Elmhurst, Queens.
The deal closed on July 30, 2021 and was recorded on August 16, 2021.
