Anthony Roussos files plans for 69 units in Astoria

Anthony Roussos submitted a new building construction project for a 69-unit, 77,748-square-foot residential (R-2) building at 25-05 35th Street in Astoria, Queens. The plan was filed on August 7, 2026. It calls for the construction of a 85-foot-tall, eight-story building and was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q01426754. The project is described in the filing as: one new eight-story, mix-used building with 69 dwelling units and commercial space on the ground floor, a MIH site, and an ultra low energy building. The applicant is the Registered Architect Gerald Caliendo of Gerald Caliendo Architects .

City property records show Anthony Roussos owns the property through Astoria Boulevard LLC.

Of those two items, one was a sale. Chok Lei bought the 14,114-square-foot, 16-unit rental (D7) on 35-16 Astoria Boulevard S for $6.1 million from Hirshmark Capital on August 14, 2025.
