Anthony Pilavas signed $37.4 million in refinancing loans with Arbor Realty Trust for rentals in Tremont in two separate transactions.
In the first, Anthony Pilavas through the entity Clinton – 178 Towers LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Arbor Realty Trust through the entity Arbor Private Label LLC valued at $18.7 million for the 152-unit rental (D1) at 740 East 178th Street in Tremont, Bronx.
The deal closed on May 28, 2021 and was recorded on June 23, 2021.
The property has 145,330 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 126,251 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $128 per the PincusCo analysis.
The owner bought the property on 23-Aug-10, for $12 million.
The signatory for Anthony Pilavas was Anthony Pilavas.
