Anshel Fridman’s Nalcorp filed plans for two buildings with 198 units in Mott Haven, the Bronx.

In the second, Anshel Fridman submitted a new building construction project for a 99-unit, 78,137 square-foot residential (R-2) building at 20 Brook Avenue in Mott Haven, Bronx. The plan was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings on April 27, 2026 under job number X01338737. It calls for the construction of a 14-story building. The architect is S. Wieder Architect P.C.

Currently, city property records show both properties owned by Altmark Group.
