Anshel Fridman signs $32.5M refi with Starwood for two rentals in Crown Heights
Anshel Fridman through the entity Ford Realty LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Starwood Mortgage Capital valued at $32.5 million for two rentals including the 56-unit rental (D6) at 24 Ford Street in Crown Heights, Brooklyn and 50-unit rental (D3) at 8 Ford Street in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on August 27, 2021 and was recorded on September 3, 2021.
The two properties have 87,205 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $372 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
