Anonymous LLC inks contract to buy LIC site across from Tishman-built office tower

The entity ZL 2720 LLC signed a contract with Pulsar Technology Systems, Inc. to buy 27-20 42nd Road in Long Island City. The memorandum of contract was created on April 21, 2020, and was recorded on May 19, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class semi-fireproof manufacturing building (F4). The property is 6,000 square feet. The parcel(s) have total development potential of 39,560 square feet.

The contract was signed January 17, 2020 and the closing is set for approximately July 31, 2020. The signatory for the contract vendee is Yu Liu, listed as manager of the LLC. The industrial building is across the street from an office tower Tishman Speyer Properties constructed and is now owned by H&R REIT.
