An anonymous buyer registered at Triad Professional Services through the entity Erlimba L.L.C. paid Andrew Tunick’s SK 1115 Broadway, LLC $26.1 million for a 12 percent stake in 1115 Broadway in Flatiron. The deal closed on March 16, 2020, and was recorded on March 20, 2020. The property is a 259,749-square-foot office building.
The average sale price per square foot is $837, given this 12 percent stake.
The entity that bought this 12% stake is being held in care of Triad Professional Services, which is the same company that is the care of company for the recent sale of a stake in 11 East 26th Street.
