The anonymous buyer 20 East 10th Street LLC paid Michael Nierenberg’s Tenth Street Owner LLC $15.9 million for the townhouse at 20 East 10th Street in the West Village. The deal closed on October 30, 2020, and was recorded on November 9, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class single-family, miscellaneous (old buildings, attached & semi-detached frame houses, etc.) (A9). The property is 2,768 square feet.
