An entity represented by Yechiel Newhouse through the entity HPH Chosen, LLC and others, paid Ben and Jon Soleimani’s ABJ Properties’ GG Manhattan Ave LLC $118 million for 31 properties in Central Harlem, including 496 Manhattan Avenue, 508 Manhattan Avenue, 492 Manhattan Avenue, 510 Manhattan Avenue, 317 West 120th Street, and others. The deal closed on December 20, 2019, and was recorded on January 3, 2020. The transaction consists of 31 parcels, including the tax class multifamily, old law tenements (C4) and containing 407 residential units.
