Amir Khan through the entity Amir Family Realty LLC paid $7 million to the Bokhour family through the entity Capri Realty Company for the retail building (K1) at 168-02 Hillside Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. Based on the price paid, this is likely a development site.
The deal closed on April 24, 2023 and was recorded on May 2, 2023. The property has 7,184 square feet of built space and 28,736 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 35,920 square feet according to a PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $974 and the price per buildable square foot is $194 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The signatory for Elyas Bokhour, Alfred Bokhour, Farhad Bokhour, and Bokhour Family was Alfred Bokhour and Farhad Bokhour. The signatory for Amir Khan was Amir Khan.

Prior sales and revenue

Prior to this transaction, PincusCo has no record that the buyer Amir Khan had purchased any other properties and has no record it sold any properties over the past 24 months.
