Alma Realty pays $11.5M to Prestige Management for 152-unit portfolio in Central Harlem

Alma Realty through the entity West 144 Cluster LLC paid Prestige Management’s Prestige Realty Associates, LP $11.5 million for 137 West 144th Street, 139 West 143rd Street, 227 West 145th Street, 115 West 143rd Street, 208 West 141st Street, and others in Central Harlem. The deal closed on August 3, 2020, and was recorded on August 25, 2020. The transaction consists of 8 parcels, including the tax class multifamily, over six families without stores (C1) and containing 152 residential units. The parcels have total built space and development potential of 141,633 square feet.
The sale price per unit is $74,795.

The contract date was January 9, 2020. The regulatory documents state there are 152 units.
