All Year in contract to sell Bed-Stuy properties for $12.4M

All Year Management is in contract to sell a small group of buildings including 95 Walworth Street for $12.4 million, according to a filing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange last month.

All Year, founded by Yoel Goldman, is under financial strain and is negotiating with investors seeking to buy large blocks of assets. Many of All Year’s portfolio is tied to debt issued on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

The Walworth properties were not listed by address, but the filing indicates those to be sold are some or all of the portfolio of seven properties that All Year acquired in December 2015 for $11.9 million. There is a loan with an original principal of $7.25 million on the buildings, which are 94, 95, 96, 98, 99, 100 Walworth Street and 102 Sandford Street.
