Alexico Group sells penthouse unit at 56 Leonard in Tribeca for $21.6M

The entity NY Property Holdco L.P. paid Alexico Group’s 56 Leonard LLC $21.6 million for condo unit PH57 at 56 Leonard Street in Tribeca. The deal closed on April 1, 2020, and was recorded on April 6, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class residential condo in Acris (SC).

The DOB issued a new construction (NB) initial temporary certificate of occupancy for the building with 146 residential (or hotel) units on May 4, 2016.
