Salem Inc. as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Principal Life Insurance Company valued at $20 million for 3 parcels, including the tax class multifamily, more than six families with stores (C7) and containing 15 residential units at 36 East 60th Street, 28 East 60th Street, and 26 East 60th Street in Lenox Hill. The deal closed on March 12, 2021 and was recorded on March 19, 2021.
