Albert Srour through the entity 2042 Amsterdam LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Signature Bank valued at $7.2 million for the mixed-use building (K2) at 2042 Amsterdam Avenue in Washington Heights, Manhattan.
The deal closed on August 18, 2021 and was recorded on August 27, 2021.
The property has 27,439 square feet of built space and 35,174 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 62,694 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $262 and the price per buildable square foot is $114 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
