Albert Rabizadeh through the entity Global Asset Properties LLC paid Pom Realty Holdings through CFO James Shreero, $19.9 million for 1588 Fulton Street, 168 Greenpoint Avenue, 254 Kingston Avenue, 254 Scholes Street, 1908 East 177th Street, and others in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx. The deal closed on November 13, 2019, and was recorded on December 3, 2019. The transaction consists of 16 parcels, including the tax class primarily one family with store or office (S1) and others.
