Akam Associates paid $11 million to Magnum Real Estate Group, RoundSquare Development and Lam&W Realty for two retail condominium units in at 133 West 22nd Street in Chelsea in two separate transactions.

In the first, Akam Associates through the entity Anpora 133 West 22nd Street Parking LLC paid $8.6 million to Magnum Real Estate Group, RoundSquare Development and Lam & W Realty for the retail condo (CC) at 133 West 22nd Street in Chelsea, Manhattan.
The deal closed on May 13, 2021 and was recorded on May 26, 2021.
The property has 10,276 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 0 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $836 per the PincusCo analysis.
