Abramson Brothers files to convert Hell’s Kitchen office building to 108 apartments

The mostly office landlord Abramson Brothers submitted a major alteration application for the conversion of the 90,000-square-foot commercial (COM) building at 333 West 52nd Street in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan, into a 108-unit residential (R-2) building. The plan was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings on November 21, 2025 under job number M01312468. It calls for a rehabilitation and conversion of the 14-story building. The project is described in the filing as: conversion of existing commercial building to residential. Adam Abramson filed the plans. The architect is CetraRuddy Architecture, which is working on a large number of the recent conversions.
The plans call for retail on the ground floor and lower level, apartments on floors two through 14, and tenant amenities including a co-working space in the lower level, fitness and terrace on the second floor and fitness on the third floor.
