Abraham Strulovitch through the entity Hh Realty LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Kearny Bank valued at $24 million for the 57-unit rental (D1) at 2727 Henry Hudson Pkwy W in Spuyten Duyvil, Bronx.
The deal closed on October 20, 2021 and was recorded on October 28, 2021.
The property has 94,430 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $254 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The owner bought the property on February 14, 2012, for $940,000.
