Abraham Sieger through the entity Regeis Care Center, LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Dwight Capital through the entity Dwight Capital LLC valued at $33.2 million for the specialty building (I7) at 3200 Baychester Avenue in Eastchester, Bronx.
