Abraham Oved through the entity SJR 92 Realty, LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Investors Bank valued at $10.6 million for 3 parcels, including the tax class multifamily, over six families without stores (C1) and containing 28 residential units at 148 West 92nd Street, 150 West 92nd Street, 152 West 92nd Street in the Upper West Side. The deal closed on June 30, 2020 and was recorded on July 20, 2020.
