Abraham Noy’s Helm Management borrows $29M from City National Bank for condo in Lower East Side

Abraham Noy’s Helm Management through the entity Brookshire Equities, LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender City National Bank valued at $29.0 million for 10 condominium units at 196 Stanton Street in the Lower East Side. The deal closed on December 18, 2019 and was recorded on January 2, 2020.
