Abraham Biller through the entity Haven Junction L.P. paid $7.9 million to the entity 2425 Holding Corp. for the development site that is currently an industrial building (E1) at 2425 Atlantic Avenue in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. The developer also has an interest in a neighboring property on Atlantic Avenue, tax lot 32.
The deal closed on October 28, 2025 and was recorded on November 7, 2025. The property has 20,000 square feet of built space and 53,650 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 73,638 square feet according to a PincusCo analysis of city data. The signatory for the seller, Michael Hamroff and his document storage company Comprehensive Archives, which was sold in 2015 to another firm, was Zion Levi. The signatory for the buyer was Abraham Biller. The contract date was October 31, 2024.

The property
The parcel has frontage of 190 feet and is 92 feet deep with a total lot size of 17,533 square feet. The zoning is C4-5D which allows for up to 4.2 times floor area ratio (FAR) for commercial and up to 4.2 times FAR for residential with inclusionary housing. The city-designated market value for the property in 2022 is $1.9 million.
