ABJ Properties pays $7.5M for multifamily property in East Harlem

The Soleimani family’s ABJ Properties through the entity Solkam Chosen, LLC paid Ronald Sunog as trustee, Helen Altheim Stevens, Rebecca Randel and others $7.5 million for 1904 3rd Avenue, 1906 3rd Avenue in East Harlem. The deal closed on July 13, 2020, and was recorded on July 22, 2020. The transaction consists of 2 parcels, including the tax class multifamily, more than six families with stores (C7) and containing 20 residential units. The parcel(s) have total development potential of 37,920 square feet.
The sale price per unit is $375,000.

The contract date was June 5, 2020. The signatories for the buyer were Abraham and Benjamin Soleimani. The Soleimani family’s ABJ Properties sold a $118 million portfolio in December 2019.
