A10 capital files to foreclose on $27M on 535 Broadway, 46-48 Lispenard

The lender A10 Capital filed to foreclose in $27 million in loans secured by the mixed-use building 535 Broadway in Soho and several condominium units at 46-48 Lispenard Street in Tribeca, according to a suit filed in New York State Supreme Court on Friday.

The filing did not have an index number assigned as of Friday.

A10 provided the loan in 2016. The signatory for the borrower at the time was Joyce Reiss, according to city records.

The number of commercial foreclosures has been rising in December, with 13 as of last Thursday, compared with 18 for the entire month of November, according to a PincusCo analysis of foreclosure filings in New York.
