Mark Chulpayev files plans for 50-unit mixed-use building in Cypress Hills

Mark Chulpayev through the company Atlantic Advantage LLC, on April 27, filed a permit application for construction of a 50-unit, 30,516-square-foot mixed-use building at 2753 Atlantic Avenue in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn.

There have been 16 new building plans, including these, filed in Cypress Hills in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 68-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00709512.

The development site spans three tax lots. The lot has a width of 125 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed new mixed-use multi-family building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby and commercial retail space. Floors two through six will each have 10 dwelling units per floor. The roof and cellar will both have recreation spaces.

The architect listed is Z Architecture PLLC.

The property was acquired with three other properties for $3.5 million on December 30, 2021.
