In February of 2011, new building plans were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings calling for the construction of a 70-foot tall, seven-story, 65,293-square-foot mixed-use building with 39 dwelling units at the property.

InFocus Design and Planning are designing the building and have renderings, pictured below, available on their website.

The plans were first permitted in 2018. No TCO has been issued yet.

Per the DOB plans, the ground floor of the building will have a supermarket, health care facility, and lobby. The second floor will have additional health care facility space. Floors three through five will each have 10 dwelling units per floor, the sixth floor will have four dwelling units and the lower halves of five duplex units, the upper halves of which will be located on the seventh floor. The roof will have recreation space. The cellar and sub-cellar will have valet parking for a combined 107 cars.

The developer purchased the property in 2011 for $8.5 million, according to city records.
