$29K common charges lien recoded against One57 condo unit
The One57 board of managers filed a lien of common charges claiming that the owner of unit 56C, 9103-3175 Quebec Inc., owes $29,305 in past due charges. The 3,466-square-foot unit is the tax class residential condo in Acris (SC) at 157 West 57th Street in Midtown West. The document was dated July 27, 2020 and was recorded on August 20, 2020.
Extell Development built One 57, which launched the Billionaires’ Row construction boom.
This is not the first lien filed against an owner of this unit. The entity Central Park Immobilier LLC bought the unit 56C on July 8, 2015, for $21,386,750 and borrowed $18.9 million from a Montreal lender. That owner also fell behind in common charges and the board recorded a lien for $55,625 in October 2017. The ownership traded hands to the lender entity in November 2017, and that original lien was removed in April 2018. Then the new lien for $29,305 was recorded yesterday.
