21st Century Storage signed a $16.2M acquisition loan with Equitrust for LIC industrial

21st Century Storage through the entity Crf36a LLC as borrower signed an acquisition loan agreement with lender Equitrust Insurance Company valued at $16.2 million for the industrial building (E7) at 47-20 Dutch Kills Street in Long Island City, Queens.
The deal closed on April 6, 2021 and was recorded on April 27, 2021.
The property has 116,645 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $138 per the PincusCo analysis.
The signatory for 21st Century Storage was Clayton Gentry and Katherine T. Holton.
