The entity 2627 Webster LLC with registration agent Genti Rrahmani paid $1.8 million to Elliot Steinmetz for the 16-unit residential walkup building (C1) at 2627 Webster Avenue in Fordham Manor, Bronx.
The deal closed on May 10, 2023 and was recorded on May 16, 2023.
