Co-op unit sells at 907 Fifth Avenue for $14.7M

The Frederick Iseman Art Inheritance Trust acquired unit 8W from Frederick J. Iseman Descendants Mainstay Trust through the entity Frederick J Iseman Descendants 2007 Mainstay Trust valued at $14.7 million for 2 parcels, including the tax class cooperative (D4) at 907 Fifth Avenue in Lenox Hill. The deal closed on December 30, 2020 and was recorded on January 8, 2021.
The seller had borrowed money from the buyer, according to the transfer documents.
