YME Construction submits $23.1M condo plan with 24 units in Greenpoint
YME Construction, on August 5, submitted a condominium plan for 24 residential units at 183 McGuinness Boulevard in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn.
The condo plan, CD210223, has a sellout price of $23.1 million with the New York State Attorney General. Shulem Jacobowitz is listed as the principal of sponsor. However, on YME Construction’s website and NYC DOB job filings, the developers name is listed as Shulem Jacobs.
In March of 2017, the developer filed new building plans with the NYC Department of Buildings calling for the construction of an 65-foot tall, six-story, 17,134-square-foot residential building with 24 dwelling units at the property.
According to the plans, the ground floor has two dwelling units and halves of two duplex units, the lower halves of which are located in the cellar. Floors two through six will each have four dwelling units per floor.
The plans were permitted in November of 2019.
The developer is also behind a nine-unit residential development at 305 Kingsland Avenue in the neighborhood.
In other neighborhood activity, Lendlease recently filed plan for the construction of a 477-unit, 437,596-square-foot mixed-use building at 1 Java Street in Greenpoint.
