William Lie Zeckendorf bought from Jane Goldman a co-op unit valued at $11 million for 1 parcel, including the tax class cooperative (D4) at 960 Park Avenue in the Upper East Side. The deal closed on October 26, 2020 and was recorded on February 11, 2021.
