220 CPS Unit 53B LLC paid Vornado Realty Trust’s VNO 225 West 58th Street LLC $26.8 million for condo unit 58B at 220 Central Park South in Central Park South. The deal closed on February 14, 2020, and was recorded on May 7, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class residential condo in Acris (SC).

Unit 58B went into contract November 24, 2015.
