In the first, Urban Standard Development through the entity USC 722 5th LLC paid Mariusz Witek’s 722 5th Avenue LLC $2.7 million for 722 5th Avenue in Sunset Park. The deal closed on March 19, 2020, and was recorded on March 27, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class primarily five to six family with store or office (S5) and containing 6 residential units. The property is 6,400 square feet. The parcel(s) have total development potential of 6,400 square feet.
