Top NYC commercial loans recorded in March 2020

The top 10 commercial loans in New York City totaled $3.25 billion, from a total of $8.45 billion recorded last month in loans of $5 million and up. Despite the impact of the coronavirus on the city’s real estate market, the sum of the top 10 deals recorded last month was greater than that of the top 10 loans recorded in March of 2019. A year ago, the deals totaled $2.9 billion from a total of $7.9 billion.
