Target signs 33K lease at AB Capstone’s under-construction Ridgewood tower

Target Corporation, as tenant, signed a memorandum of lease with landlord Meir Babaev’s AB Capstone through its entity Ridgewood Tower, LLC at 3-50 St. Nicholas Avenue, an under-construction tower in Ridgewood. The memorandum was signed on December 11, 2019 and was recorded on December 20, 2019

AB Capstone filed plans January 2019 to build a 191,000-square foot, 17-story building. The commercial portion of the building is planned to contain about 97,000 square feet on the first, second, third and fourth floors. Target signed a lease for 33,804 square feet in the commercial portion of the under-construction, mixed-use development, but the filing did not include what floors the lease would be for.
