Skybrook Capital buys $3M note from IceCap Group secured by Bed-Stuy site

Skybrook Capital bought a $3 million note from IceCap Group that is secured by a Bedford-Stuyvesant development site owned by Zalmen Rosenberger.

The three parcels include the tax class land not zoned residential or Manhattan below 110th Street (V1) at 430 Flushing Avenue, 434 Flushing Avenue and 16 Skillman Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant. The deal closed on October 20, 2020 and was recorded on November 20, 2020.

Yitzhak “Isaac” Fried is a principal with Skybrook. Joseph Oved was the signatory for IceCap, which provided the loan in July 2019.
