1) Navigate to https://data.cityofnewyork.us/City-Government/J-51-Exemption-and-Abatement/y7az-s7wc
2) Click on View Data
3) Review columns
4) Click on “Filter”
5) Filter for your property by entering the Borough, Block and Lot, one filter at a time. CAUTION: Do not use leading zeros, ie if Lot is “1” it’s sometimes written as “0001” but only enter “1” here.
For example:
6) You can add as many filters as you want, but it can get tricky with multiple queries. See example of multiple blocks.
7) Click “Export” to export the data file
8) Click “CSV for Excel”
