Sanjay Ahuja through the entity Town Equities, LLC paid $3.2 million to Lewis Stockman through the entity Stockman Holding Company LLC for retail building (K1) at 71-64 Austin Street in Forest Hills, Queens.
The deal closed on May 5, 2021 and was recorded on May 20, 2021.
The property has 3,000 square feet of built space and 3,000 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 6,000 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $1,066 and the price per buildable square foot is $533 per the PincusCo analysis.
