Rudin Management receives permits for $38M worth of renovations at 345 Park Avenue

Rudin Management, on March 30, was given permits for $38 million worth of renovations of four floors at 345 Park Avenue in Plaza District.

The plans call for a renovation of the 14th, 24th, 25th, and 26th floors of the 484-foot tall, 44-story, building.

The first project is described in the filings as: interior fit out of existing office space for new commercial tenant on floors 24-26. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $29,194,336.

The second project is described in the filings as: interior fit out of existing office space for new commercial tenant on the 14th floor. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $9,225,791.

The 14th and 24th-26th floors are occupied by Blackstone. The massive investment firm signed a seven year lease for the four floors, making up just under 150,00-square-feet, back in 2018.

345 Park Avenue, where Rudin Management is headquartered, was designed by Emery Roth & Sons.

Rudin Management was active in the last month, filing for renovations at their nearly 500-foot tall building at 1675 Broadway on March 13, before receiving the permit on March 17. The firm also filed plans for the demolition of a 228,000-square-foot building at 415 Madison Avenue on March 2.
